Accident Report Requests

Accident reports are available for purchase online at the LexisNexis BuyCrash website for $13 per report. Online reports are available for purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Copies of accident reports are also available from the Records Center 10 working days after the crash has been reported. Requests may be made in person or by mail. There is a $5 fee per copy. Checks must be made out to the City of Rockford
