Planning Process

The 2015-2019 Implementation Plan Proposed Draft, utilizing the 16 sustainability categories in the RMAP Regional Plan for Sustainable Development, provides strategic objectives and initiatives for advancing the long range plan’s goals and principles.  The plan is designed to align with the City of Rockford’s Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan and Capital Improvement Plan.
