The Street Division has completed the arterial street sweeping cycle. Crews have transitioned to residential streets. Central Business District street sweeping will continue to be swept every other week throughout the summer.
During the week beginning April 24, 2023, the following residential areas are scheduled for sweeping:
- Memorial Blvd. east to Kilburn Ave. - W. State St. north to Auburn St.
- Memorial Ave. east to the River - Cunningham Rd. north to W. State St.
Each Thursday throughout the sweeping season, weekly updates will be provided to highlight the areas of the city in which street sweepers will be working. Maps will also be included to provide a visual of areas completed, not completed and those in progress.
All Street Division Operations are dependent on existing weather conditions and are subject to change accordingly. Citizens are urged to approach Public Works Crews with caution and at a reduced speed that is below posted speed limits.
