Overview
The Winnebago County Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) provides for the management and operation of the 911 System in Winnebago County.
Public Speaking
A maximum number of five members of the public may speak for up to three minutes each at each meeting. A written request to address the Board must be submitted to the following address no later than 3 pm the day before the meeting, and no earlier than one week prior to the meeting.
